ICS BLOG HOP-PAINTED POPPIES

Hello & happy spring! This month's Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop focuses on "girlie" things! So we all have that girlfriend that enjoys a "girlie" kinda card! Join us to get some great inspiration! You may even see some Mother's Day inspiration as you move forward!!!

Here's my card:

So when I think "girlie" I think "frill" & flowers! This card definitely features both! lol The flowers from Painted Poppies stamp set features both watercolored with Watercolor Pencils & Blender Pens and some colored with Stampin' Blends! They are all the same Rich Razzleberry color! I love how the different shades come out with the different mediums! And they are so easily cut using the             Painted Labels Dies!!!! And blinged up a bit with the ALWAYS used                 Wink of Stella!!! lol

The beautiful mattes are the Ornate Layers Dies! I just love these as a background! Kinda lacy looking!  Fortunately these dies as well as the stamp set will continue into the 21-22 Annual Catalog!!!! The greeting however did not make it! It's from Itty Bitty Greetings. I'd love to have this set remain as it's a great go-to but I have to say goodbye! Maybe that's why they also retired the                   Classic Label Punch used to punch it out! Boo.  The little Butterfly Gem on there is also retiring because it's one of the retiring In-Colors-Purple Posy.  The new      In-Colors are great, but it's always tough to say goodbye.

Now it's time to hop on over to Terri's blog & see her girlie card!!! Just click her name or the icon below!!! Then keep going! We also love it when you leave comments! So
please do!!! Until next month...

I tried to make this one look like you were looking out a window at a butterfly swarm, and a stray butterfly got inside!! lol May be hard to tell but there's       Wink of Stella on the wings because, well, "bling on the wing"! lol

So you can buy the bundle-or the whole suite! Which includes the amazingly beautiful Butterfly Bijou DSP and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper. These 2 items, however, are limited supply! PAPER PUMPKIN POSSIBILITIES BOUQUET OF HOPE

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop!!! This month our Bouquet of Hope kit has some beautiful sentiments of comfort! As you hop around here you will find some great alternatives to do with your kit! While the originals are great, it's always good to "take a chance"!

Here's my card:

When I work an alternative for my Paper Pumpkin kits I like to try to stick as much as possible to the elements within the kit! I think it showcases the versatility of the products! Plus, some of you PP subscribers don't have a ton of other materials to play with!

The only "extras" on my card are some Cherry Cobbler cardstock & a different sentiment from Itty Bitty Wishes stamp set. See this bouquet screamed out to me wedding/anniversary/etc.! So I took the bouquet, fussy cut some of the other flowers in the kit, and put it together! Oh, I forgot-there is some Wink of Stella on the flowers. I don't think I make anything without the "wink"! I love the gold in this kit!!!!

So now hop on over to Darla's blog & see her alternative! Simply click on her name or on the icon below! Then keep going! Be sure to leave a friendly comment!
