Our Stampin' Up! coordinating colors are:

And here's my card:

I know it's a bit mushy, but as I was putting this together, I really had a moment.  It's great to celebrate the birthday of what I feel is the greatest place on Earth, but it's even more important to remember how it came to be! Without the courage & strength of all our military,we wouldn't be celebrating our country's birthday or possible any birthdays.  So on that note, I thank all our military men & women- living & passed, active & non-active, combat & not-for your service & love for the good ole USA!! This card is in honor of you all!

So what I did! I used 2 stamp sets here-Something to Say & Be the Star! That's becoming a fave, altho it's perfect for the season! The Star Framelits are such a nice addition to that stamp set. I wish they'd offer it as a bundle. But maybe in the future!!!

I used all the colors except the Rose Red. Altho the background looks kinda green in this picture!!! It's truly Sahara Sand!!! lol
The Chevron Embossing Folder & the 1/4" Cotton Ribbon add nicely to the design.  I just LOVE that ribbon!!! I'm officially addicted! lol  A few Framelits to cut out the shapes for the sentiment & done deal!

So I hope you like & I hope you have a safe, fun & happy 4th of July. Happy Birthday USA!

Happy Stampin'!!!!
