Happy July! This month on our Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop we are featuring our amazing new In-Colors!!! So many possibilities!!! They can all be found in the new Annual Catalog! So much goodness there! Be sure to hop along to see all the great ideas with these amazing colors!!!!
So here's my card:
I had a very difficult time getting the actual colors to work here! I photographed it several times, but the color of the octopus doesn't show up!!! Grrr! Well here they are anyway!!!
So I actually used all 5 of the colors here! The base of the matte is Berry Burst. The Tranquil Tide & Lemon Lime Twist are embossed with the Seaside Embossing Folder. Thought it went with the theme of this stamp set-Message in a Bottle!
The little octopus & the sentiment are stamped using Fresh Fig ink on Powder Pink cardstock, but it looks black. Possibly because I placed a clear Window Sheet over the bottle to look like glass! It really does in person-honest! lol It's cut out using the Big Shot & the Stitched Shapes Framelits. Duel Banners Punch takes care of the sentiment!
Just a bit of linen thread adds that "nautical" rope look to complete the card.
Next is Cheryl's blog! You can get there by clicking her name or the icon below!!! We love comments! Let us know what ya like!!!!
