ICS-QUEEN ANNE'S LACE

Welcome to December's Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop!!!! Can you believe we've made it to December in 2020?! What a year! Well we are closing it out appropriately by giving thanks. Thanks for Christmas, thanks for friends and family, and I guess thanks for survival. As bad as it has been, we all have a lot to be thankful for. Since we can't do the hugs in person, let's do the hugs in paper! Let's wrap our cards around each other & just celebrate life.

Here is my card this week:

It was so fun & easy that I actually made 3! I like to make multiples at a time to make the most of the materials.  These came out so pretty & so easy to make!!!

This
Queen Anne's Lace stamp set is found in our Annual Catalog, and is one of my favorites! For me, it was one of the ones that you look at and just pass by. Then when I started playing with it I absolutely fell in love with it!!!!! And pairing it with the amazing Feels Like Frost DSP you can't go wrong! They look like they were made for each other! That paper is so beautiful that Stampin' Up! actually brought it back from last year! It's in the Fall Mini, which is only around for a little while longer! And this paper is on the return list, so grab yours while it lasts!!!!

What  makes this a beautiful wintery card is the slight spray of Shimmer Paint.  It's so hard to get in a photo but it adds just that extra sparkle! Other items used are the Holiday Rhinestone Basics, Iridescent Pearls, Stitched Shapes Framelits
and Layering Circle dies.

Now check out what's happening over at Janey's blog!!! Simply click her name here or the icon below! Then keep going! I'm sure you'll find plenty to be thankful for!

And I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or whatever special day you celebrate.  I am so blessed to have you joining me on this little blog. THANK YOU!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS-FOREVER GOLD SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER

Welcome to the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop! This month's theme is Christmas is Coming!!!! It's hard to believe with the year we've had that we are actually already in November! Who knows what Christmas will look like this year, but one thing doesn't need to change-sending Christmas cards! In fact, they are probably needed NOW more than ever!! So join our hop as we share some great ideas for your cards! You know there'll be some beauties!!!

Here's mine:

So my cards use a sort of "non-traditional" item for the holidays! I use the beautiful Forever Gold Specialty DSP as the focus of the cards! Now this is a beautiful pack of gold "punch outs" that are designed to go with the Forever Greenery suite. But in my opinion, gold is just perfect for Christmas! Ya know, "silver and gold"! So I decided to play! I got so excited I had to make 2! lol

My style is CAS (Clean and Simple!). I so love the cards with all the embellishments! But when I try that it looks like a kindergartener made it! lol I like clean lines. Which is kind of funny because I tend to be an out-of-the-box kinda gal! I guess not with cards. Hm. Well I think these simple cards are quite nice to send anyway!

Both cards use the exact same materials-just done a bit differently!  The stamp set used is Snowman Season and can be found in the Annual Catalog.  I love this stamp set & have really gotten a ton of use out of it for the last 2 seasons! I'll miss these little cuties!

Other materials used are the Old World Paper embossing folder, Metallic Edge Ribbon, Wonderful Gems,
and the Forever Flourishing dies (for the little greenery around the wreath.) Mostly non-traditional Christmas items on these! Just goes to show how amazingly versatile our products are!!!

So now go hop around for some ho ho ho inspiration! Then get stamping! It's coming quickly! lol Simply hop on over Charmane's blog! You can either click on her name or the "Next" icon below!

And a very Happy Thanksgiving to you all!!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS-'TIS THE SEASON

This month on our Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop we are showing you some amazing Designer Series Papers (DSP)! Why you ask? Well this month we are featuring 15 different DSP packs for 15% off!!!! Great deal!!! So use our inspirations to help you decide what you need to stock up!!!

Here's my card!

So the DSP I used is the versatile & fun
'Tis the Season" 6x6 which you will find in our Fall Mini Catalog! One side is beautifully Christmas, and the other side is some very neutral designs-albeit Christmas colors, but used on their own they make beautiful all-occasion cards!

Now this card is a fancy fold called the Triple Fold Accordian fold!  It's a really fun way to show off the DSP!!! I added a belly band for fun! I also find it helps keep the card "closed".

When you open it up you get a fun surprise! And there's plenty of room for you to write a little note with your card! In fact, I rarely stamp anything on the inside unless I'm creating for someone else! I figure if you're going to go to the efforts to make a beautiful card, why not make it a gift of your thoughts & love with a handwritten sentiment inside!

The stamp sets I used were Snowman Season, Peace and Joy, and Itty Bitty Christmas. You can certainly do it with only one stamp set! I just like to use mine! lol The coordinating Snowman Builder Punch made this super easy!  The only embellishments are the Adhesive-Backed Snowflakes! Now these are fun!!! Oh, and the little guy's hat was colored with my coordinating Stampin' Blends!

Now please hop on to Sharon's blog & enjoy her creation with our amazing DSP! Please keep going-lots if great talent and inspiration on this blog hop!!! Simply click her name or the icon below!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS-GILDED AUTUMN SPECIALTY DSP

Welcome to the September edition of Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop! Wow. I can't believe we've made it to September! lol 2020 is on its way out-thank goodness!!!
Anyway, this month we are featuring some of the amazing products from our August-December 2020 Mini Catalog using fancy folds!!! Now fancy folds can really make a card special! It's always fun to receive a card & have it open in a fun way! Well you'll get plenty of inspiration here on this blog hop this month!!!!

Here's my card:

So I decided to use a slimline card for my fun little diagonal fancy fold!!! I've been doing a lot of these! A slimline is almost a fancy fold on its own! But I thought this was kind of fun! This amazing Autumn Gilded Specialty DSP-oh I can't say enough!! It is gorgeous!!!! I've already used most of the pack!!! It really is the star of the show here, so there's minimal stamping. I did use the Love of Leaves stamp set for the sentiments and the inside leaf. I thought it worked well for an inside/outside sentiment card! By the way that is my current fave stamp set!!!! Oh my!!!

The only add-ons are the Champagne Rhinestones & the Mint Macaron ribbon from the Basketweave Metallic Combo!!!

Oh, the envelope I created using the In Good Taste DSP. It's not an exact match but I thought it was kind of "earthy" to go with the colors on the card!

Hope you enjoyed this fancy fold!!! Now hop on over to Terri's blog to see what cool fold she has to share!  Just click on her name or the icon below!  Then keep going! Lots of inspiration!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-WHALE DONE

Welcome to the August 2020 Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop
This month we are featuring our amazing punches! We have so many great ones that coordinate so beautifully with out stamp sets and other materials! This month we are so happy to share some super ideas with these punches!

Here's my card:

This has been one of my favorite bundles in like forever!!! This is the        Whale Done bundle! It includes the Whale Done stamp set and the       Whale Punch-and since it's a bundle you save 10%!!! The                         Whale of a Time Suite Collection also has some amazing                      Whale of a Tale DSP, the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder, ribbon and sequins! So much fun!!!

This time I actually used a special "trick" with my Stamparatus to reverse the image! I thought it worked perfectly with the sentiment from                Peaceful Moments! If you'd like to learn how & you do not already have a demonstrator you work with please message me! I'd love to show you!!!!

You may have noticed the DSP and embossing in the background! But if you are really observant you may have noticed I actually used a second punch here-my second favorite punch-the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch!!!! I love it for creating backgrounds!  The card was finished off with the sparkly twine from the Flowers for Every Season Combo Pack!

I hope you've enjoyed my whales! Now hop over to Terri's blog & see what she has to offer! Simply click on her name of on the icon below!! Then just keep hopping!!!! Thanx for stopping by!

ICS BLOG HOP-NEW 20-22 IN-COLORS

Welcome to June's Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop!  This month we are celebrating our new 20-22 In-Colors considering our
Annual Catalog went live TODAY!!! Yup! You can now order everything In-Color!!!  And this crop is beautiful!!!!!!

Here they are!

What fun names!!!!!!!

Here's my card:

Now I'm gonna be honest! I LOVE these In-Colors, but not the biggest fan of all of them together! This card is to illustrate all the colors. We were not able to preorder the inks, so I needed to use the other elements to create this card. Don't get me wrong-it's nice! But I can't wait to pair the colors different! Some of that Magenta Madness with Night of Navy?? Ooh la la!!!!

So I used a ton of new In-Color products here (again, all available NOW!)!! The base is one of the cards from the so cool
Flowers for Every Season Memories and More Cards and Envelopes! How great it is that they are all In-Colors! I know these will get used & reordered often!!!!!

The stamp set is Comfort and Hope-a beautiful stamp set that I earned for free for a sales challenge this year!  Tasteful Labels Dies are also new to our catalog! These are so versatile!!!!

For that "bling" that if you follow me you know I must have comes from the
20-22 In-Color Enamel Dots!  The ribbon is the Magenta Madness from the 20-22 In-Color 1/4" Ribbon collection.  This year's In-Color 6x6 DSP is one of my faves yet! So versatile!!!!!

The Detailed Trio Punch was used to add some interest to the corner of the BumbleBee square, and the new Forever Flourishing Dies were used for the little leaves!

I can't wait to get the inks and blends! That will complete my
20-22 In-Color Collection!!!
These are some very pretty & versatile colors! I'm sure you'll enjoy using them!!! Please be patient when ordering however. Stampin'Up! has been amazing throughout this whole pandemic, but their supplies often rely on others. There may be some delays. But no worries-it's worth the wait!!!!

So now hop over to Darla's blog & see what she has to offer! Simply click on her name or the icon below! Then keep hopping! You don't want to miss a single In-Color creation!!!!

If you'd like to order your own In-Color anything-or everything-you can check with your demonstrator or if you do not have a demonstrator get them HERE!!! Hostess code for your order is NUAFUJ2K.

Happy Stampin'!!!!

PPP BLOG HOP A KIT IN COLOR

Hi there! It's Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop time, where we show you some different ways to use your monthly Paper Pumpkin kit! This month the Paper Pumpkin kit gave us a sneak peek of the new 20-22 In-Colors to be released very soon in the 2020 Annual Catalog!!! I am in love with these new colors!!!!

Here's this month's alternative:

This month I stayed totally with the kit. I didn't use any outside materials. I wanted to show ways to repurpose the items included. I like to do it that way-so you can see that all you really need IS the actual kit to create far more than they show you! The little 3-legged thing on top of the sentiment is just a cute little stamp to add some richness to your design. Mind unfortunately smudged a bit here with the Wink of Stella-OK so maybe one item that's not in the kit! lol

kit materials!!!! It simply has more layers. I find the simplicity of the PP cards nice-especially when you need something quick or want something easy to take with you. But I tend to be more of a "layered-card" kinda gal! lol I love texture & layers. Not fancy, just what I consider "more complete".

All I did here was use one of the card bases, then took 2 other card bases & used them as the mattes for the rainbow piece.  The green behind the cloud is cut from the end of the matte piece. Now don't worry because I cut up a card base! I will use the extra parts in many ways! I used the cloud piece as my sentiment piece! Just a little extra added bling!

Hope it inspires you to create an alternative card to the kit cards. Then feel free to share it with everyone you know! its your talent-flaunt it!!!

If you are not working already with a demonstrator & would like to learn about these new In-Colors, feel free to email me!!! I'd love to share all about them!!!

Hop now on over to Lisa's blog!!! You KNOW she has something amazing for her Paper Pumpkin possibility!!!! Simply click on her name or the pumpkin icon below!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-ANIMAL OUTING

For the month of May our Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop is creating Masculine Cards in Black & White!!!! Masculine cards are sometimes the toughest.  There are always lots of flowers and pretty things in our catalogs but what do ya do for a guy?? No ribbons or stuff!!!

Well here's what I came up with!

I love this card!  After I completed it-before the retiring list came out-I realized that just about everything on it is retiring! :( I love this stamp set!
Animal Outing is the first set I got from the current Annual Catalog! With it's adorable coordinating Animal Friends Dies.  So I'm a bit attached! Animals I think are good for guys? Yes?

And the Crackle background stamp?? How could they do this to me? lol I use this background so much! It will remain forever in my stash!!!

The sentiments are from Label Me Bold. My go-to for dudes! I think here they make the perfect embellishment for this card. No baubles or bling! While I have many dude friends that prefer baubles & bling, generically I think guys not so much. I simply cut out the sentiments & added with Stampin' Dimensionals. I think it adds the perfect amount of detail & texture.

Oh, I must add! While I'm terribly distraught to lose these stamp sets to the Next Chance List, I'm super excited about the offerings in the new
Annual Catalog!!! I can't wait!!!!! I'm sure those will ease my pain! lol

So it's a quick easy card! I believe that works well for the guys! Now hop over to Terri's blog & see what her black/white guys' card looks like! Just click on her name or the icon below.  I know you won't be sorry! Then keep going! Feel free to leave a comment!!!

Oh, and if you're interested in these retiring goodies better get them before they're gone!!! Click HERE!!! Be sure to use Hostess Code PNHBRGCM.

Happy Stampin'!

PPP BLOG HOP-MY WONDERFUL FAMILY

Welcome to this month's
Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop
This month's amazing kit is so cool! All about My Wonderful Family! So many options with this! Especially right now where our family is so important-some so far, others close but not seen in awhile.

Now for my alternative creation this month I kind of went outside of the box! I used the really cool stamp set from the kit to create a different kind of Mother's Day card! Since we can't see our moms for the most part don't forget to send her a card!!!

Now I wouldn't have thought of this if I hadn't had the stamp set laying upside down on my work space! When I looked quick it reminded me of an actual dress i had worn in a play years ago! lol And I happened to have the (sadly retiring) Beautiful You stamp set so I thought this would work!

It's actually a fairly simple card using the retiring In-Colors! Gonna really miss these!!!! The Pearl Basic Jewels were colored with the Lovely Lipstick Stampin' Blend! NO-these are NOT being discontinued!!! lol I've had so many questions about that!!! They are simple reconfiguring! Trust me-they're there!!!

The 1/8" Grosgrain Ribbon is also going.  Oh well. Sad to say goodbye to an old friend!

Other items used: Classic Label Punch, Stitched Rectangle Framelits, Stampin' Markers, and the Shimmer Paint.

Hope you enjoyed! Not hop over to Terri's blog & enjoy her creation-then keep on going! All you need to do  is click on either her  name here or the icon below!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS-TIMELESS TULIPS

Welcome to our April 2020 Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop!!! While we are all keeping close to home (at least I hope you are!), let this hop bring you a ray of sunshine!!!  It's just like we're all hanging out together-yet way apart!

This month we are focusing on monochromatic "girlie" cards! These are some of my faves to create! It's a bit of a challenge to stick to one color (with white, vanilla or black of course), but fun! And my "girlie"friends like to get my cards so here's mine! I went with a "girlie" Easter card because I can't see any of my "girlie"friends this Easter. So sad.  I decided to go with red-in particular
Poppy Parade- as it fit the stamp set, and flowers because, well, "girlie"!!! lol

So here's my card:

I actually did 2 versions of this card because I couldn't decide which I liked better. This is the 2nd. I just thought it needed "something", and being limited to only red couldn't do any green stems or anything.  IDK, which do you like best? Would love the feedback.

Either way, the stamp set is Timeless Tulip.  I. love. this. stamp. set! So pretty and so easy to use with the coordinating Tulip Builder Punch! Seriously-Stampin' Up! does all the work for ya!!!! I did, of course, needed to use the Very Vanilla and the Basic Black for the stamping.

I sprayed the whole card with some bling! I mix the
Frost White Shimmer Paint with some rubbing alcohol in my
Stampin' Spritzer & spray away! See the sparkle here? Wasn't sure if it showed up in the original pics!

Other items used were the Stitched Nested Labels Dies, Metallic Edge Ribbon, Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends and the Corrugated Embossing Folder.

Now please keep hopping to Audra's blog to see which color she used! Just click her name or the icon below! This is the perfect way to "visit" with so many friends yet still keep our social distancing! I know you'll find many creations to enjoy!!!

Please stay home. Stay safe.  Stay stamping.

Happy Stampin'!!!!

ICS BLOG HOP-HONEY BEE

Welcome to Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop! This month we are showing you how to "step it up"! Stampers come in all levels of experience and abilities! We love all levels! So we are showing you how to take a simple card and step it up to a more intricate, detailed card! Our stamp sets can make so many cards with just a little creativity!!!

My cards this month feature the Honey Bee Stamp set and the coordinating Detailed Bee Dies!

The first card, I'll call it Card A, is very basic. Stamp, ink and cardstock only! I stamped the images directly onto the cardstock! I did use some
Stampin' Markers to add a bit of color. Note: do not use the Stampin' Blends if you are only doing 1 layer!!! They bleed through!!! I speak from experience! lol Believe it or not these are the most difficult cards for me to create! I love dimension, and this is "flat". Still very pretty, but I like levels!

My card B steps it up a bit with the Golden Honey Specialty DSP!  Wow this DSP pack is amazing!!! So pretty!!! And bling! Same basic card but this one gives me my layers. I did use the dies to cut out the bees and the flowers. But it's a pretty simple card. I love dimension. Same color for the flowers.  The black strip is also a piece of the DSP!

My final card, Card C, just blings it up! Same basic design but now we have fancy schmancy cardstock here!!! The bling from the DSP pack really pops here. Of course adding the Gold Foil Sheets make anything look pretty!!! This one adds more materials tho. There is the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, some
Perennial Essence Vellum Cardstock, and some heat embossing on the gold.

Now I'm not a bee fan, but I love THESE bees!!! They are so sweet! I've made so many cards with these coordinating products!!! But as you see here and in the other blogs on this hop, all ya need is ink, paper, stamps to create something lively & fun!

Now hop over to Charmane's blog & enjoy her amazing step ups!!! I'm anxious to CASE a few ideas!!! Just click on her name here or on the link below!! Then be sure to keep going!!! So many wonderful ideas!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-LOVELY LILY PAD

Welcome to the February
Inspire, Create, Share Thinking of You Blog Hop
We've had a relatively mild & snow-free winter so far. Good news I guess, but it certainly does have a feeling of blah.  Adding to that is the unfortunate number of sympathy cards I've needed in the last month. Far too many.
This month we will share ideas for sympathy and general "thinking of you" cards for our friends who just need something special. This card was created for a special customer who lost her dad last week.

So here's the card(s):

Now this is a beautiful combo of colors all based from the
Lily Impressions DSP.  The somewhat "solid" part is the reverse side of the beautiful print you see. Simply cut a standard 5 1/4" x 4" base/matte & cut it at about 2".  Flip it over! Yes, it's taken awhile, but I finally will use the back sides of these beautiful prints! lol

Did I mention yet that all the contents of this card are from the
Sale-a-Bration Catalog that is currently live until March 31?  Now, there are 2 cards because my lovely friend Amanda over at Our Crafty Playdate always says, "Always make 2 when you make a card"! So these are the same yet a bit different. Wasn't sure which I prefer.

The stamp set is Lovely Lily Pad-again-a SAB item! And this is one of Stampin' Up!'s new Reversible stamp sets! You can actually use the front and the back of the stamp! Don't believe me? Ya gotta try it! So cool!

Now with a bit larger purchase you can also get the beautiful coordinating
Lily Pad Dies! It's a full suite! These are relatively simple cards! But the colors in this DSP really "pop"! This would actually make a pretty card for any occasion! Just simply change the sentiment! This "suite" of items will remain in my stash forever! Way too pretty to ever give away!

The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set & punched out using the Classic Label Punch.  The beautiful lilies were colored using
Stampin' Blends. The finishing touch is the Scalloped Linen Ribbon
BTW, my friend's favorite color is purple! Thus these color choices!

If you don't already have a demonstrator you work with & would like to purchase any of these items or would like more info simply head over to my store HERE! I'd love to share what I love so much with you!!!

Well I hope you've had some inspiration in designing sympathy/thinking of you cards from our blog hop this month-or just maybe some comfort from reading the sentiments.  There will always be a need for comforting, and it's nice to know that our cards can help even is some little way. That's why we create.

To see more, please hop over to Debbi's blog & enjoy her designs! Then keep going! Simply click on her hame here or the icon below to get there!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-EASTER LILIES

Happy spring! Well-almost! Here on the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop we are going "springy" this month-Hopping into spring! I...
