NEW AT SU-TAG WITH CELEBRATE EVERYTHING DSP

Hello and Merry Christmas and/or Happy Hanukkah! I can't believe this is the last blog hop of 2022! So much Stampin' Up! fun to look forward to in 2023 though! And here on the New at SU Blog Hop our group of international demonstrators are sure to keep you updated of all the goings on!!!

This month we are featuring tags-just in time for your gift giving! Sometime ya just want something different!

Here's my tag:

So this uses very little materials, and is a great tag for using up some of your old DSP! This is the beautiful Celebrate Everything DSP which will be leaving us soon! Bah humbug! lol I love this paper pack!

Here I simply created this fun 3-D Christmas tree from one piece of paper! All kinds of folds & a few snips & it's a pretty easy & fun thing to make! Definitely not good for flat mailing, but very pretty under the tree!!! The DSP is mounted on a piece of Basic White for stability. Here's a little close up of the tree!

The stamping on the back is from Santa's Delivery & the to/from is from this month's Paper Pumpkin exclusive stamp set!!!

The string is from the beautiful Iridescent Trim-also leaving us with the           2022 Holiday Mini Catalog. But perfect for a tag!!!

The stars are cut using the Give it a Whirl Dies and                               Distressed Gold 12x12 Specialty Paper! Very fun to make!

Hope you enjoyed this tag! Please click on the links below to see some of the amazing creations our other demonstrators have shared!

May all the peace and blessings be with you and yours in this wonderful season of light. We will be back in the new year with a brand new 2023 Spring Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration!!!

ICS BLOG HOP-CHRISTMAS SCOTTIE THANKS!

Welcome to the last Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop for 2022!!! Wow! Where did the year go?? It was a good one after a few rough ones! And I surely have a lot to be thankful for! Fortunately, this month we are sharing cards of thanks! As our    Fall 2022 Mini Catalog winds down, I'm trying to get the most out of it!

Here's my card:

Now this is a very simple thank you. It's designed for a generic winter "thank you" card! I know there are so many Christmas thank you's going out, but I needed a change from all the Christmas stuff! lol Just for a day though! I love ALL things Christmas!!!

This Christmas Scottie stamp set and the Scottie punch have done me well this season & is one I will not get rid of! My eldest son is named Scott! Can't let this one go! lol I got to use all the little scottie dogs on this one!  Here's the inside! Although the punch is retiring soon so be sure to get yours if you'd like one!!

The inside! Ruff!

I like the Alphabest Stamp set with the coordinating Best Label Punch for sentiments. It's nice & small & good for card fronts! It spreads out across both sides of this gatefold card. Just thought it lent a level of excitement! lol Hope this one doesn't go away!

Other items used are Celebrate Everything 12x12 DSP, Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed Gems, Pool Party Sheer Ribbon

I wish you all the most blessed and happy Holiday season! Whether you celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah or something else, may it be filled with family, friends & joy.

Now hop over to Sharon's blog & enjoy her thanks! Simply click on her name here or the icon below!

Merry Stampin'!

NEW AT SU-PENGUIN PLACE GIFT CARD HOLDER

Welcome to the November New at SU Blog Hop! This month our group of international Stampin' Up! demonstrators is getting ready for the gift giving with some fun gift card holders!!! We are featuring our amazing products from either the Annual Catalog or the 2022 Fall/Winter Mini-or both!!!

Here's my gift card holder:

Opened up!

Before decorating!!

This design is a little ditty I came up with years ago! Gift cards can get lost in the gift shuffle on Christmas morning or Hanukkah nights! My family has alway just laid the gift cards on the branches of the trees, but often they'd fall & get misplaced. I wanted something that was appropriate for "hanging" on the tree! So this is what I came up with!  It is also awesome to hang off a package when the gift card is an added gift!

I love how the little guy from Penguin Place & the Penguin Punch work here! Just the right size. It also leaves room for me to add a dimensional if I want to close it up tight!

Here's my template: (feel free to use if you wish)

Template                            All cut out!

It allows for a 1/2" thickness.

The inside will hold some tissue paper or one of the folded up cracking ards that the gift cards come on.  You can also add a little note!  I do have a little tag I use to attach to the handle, but it's not pictured! You can also adhere a piece of white to the back of the holder with to & from!  Lots of fun ideas!!!

Other materials used are the Celebrate Everything DSP and the            Iridescent Trim!

So I hope you have found some inspiration here! Please visit the blogs listed below to see what else you can do to make your gift cards look amazing!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-JINGLE, JINGLE, JINGLE

Christmas is coming!!!  We are starting our Christmas prep early on the        Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop this month! We are showing some amazing Christmas creations for you so you can also get going!!!

Here's my card:

I absolutely love this simple little stamp set! It makes an adorable card with very little effort!

This card uses the "step technique" with the Stamparatus-at least that's what i think it's called!! So quick & easy!!!

The stamp set has an outline stamp and a filler stamp for each of the sayings! You can either use the filler as I did here or color the outline in with your            Stampin' Blends!! While non-traditional Christmas cards are fun, I'm pretty much a traditional red/green girl! lol Colors are Granny Apple Green & Poppy Parade-chosen from the colors in the DSP!

I simple backed the words with the Celebrate Everything DSP! I have come to LOVE this DSP pack! I used it way more than anyone should! lol

I even decorated the inside with the fun little ornament in the stamp set:

Only other supplies used are the Iridescent Trim and the                                 Red Rhinestones Basic Jewels! Easy peasy!

Next up is Terri! Hop on over to see what she is featuring this month & keep going until you get right back where you started!!! Simply click her name here or the link below! Enjoy!

Happy Stampin'!!!!

PAPER PUMPKIN POSSIBILITIES BLOG HOP-HO HO HO!

Ho Ho Ho! This month's Paper Pumpkin is Christmas fun!!! We give you some fun alternative ideas here!!!

Here are my alternatives:

I try really hard to keep to the supplies in the kit. That way you can create on the run with only the supplies handy. No need to have a ton of extra stuff! Altho that is fun too! But here I use pretty much only the items in the kit!

I really just kind of change things around. Come up with a different design. That's the beauty of these kits!

I was able to create 3 (of the 9) cards using kit materials! I did use another color ink but still!

This is what the standard kit looks like!

And this is all I had left!!!

June is next on our hop! Click on her name here or the icon below! Then keep going! Enjoy the alternatives!!!

Happy Stamping'!!

NEW AT SU-SIMPLE TO STEPPED UP WITH RINGED WITH NATURE

Hi there! Thank you for joining us on our New at SU Blog Hop! We are a fun group of international stampers sharing some inspiration for your next projects!  This month we are going from simple-stepped up! Got a little (materials or time)? Keep it simple! Got a lot (materials or time)? Step it up! And don't forget somewhere in between!!!

Here are my cards this month:

So this is the grouping of simple, casual & avid cards using the same materials! With slight add-ons for the casual and avid cards! I've used the                      Ringed with Nature Bundle from our Annual Catalog. It includes the           Ringed with Nature Stamp Set, Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder and the Tree Rings Dies-and if purchased as a bundle saves you 10%!

Simple

The simple or beginner card is just that-very simple! They are usually one layer with just ink & paper. I created my own background by broadcast stamping the images from the stamp set, the added a simple sentiment strip.  This is basically a        ,one-layer card-except of course for the sentiment strip which is attached with dimensionals! I still can't get used to only one layer on my card  lol

Casual

The casual card usually adds a layer or two and some additional materials.  This one has a matte layer under the same broadcast stamped background as the casual, but it is embossed in with the Tree Rings folder! Then I used the folder & dies to create the "ring" for the sentiment.  Oh, just because I'm me I had to add some gems from the Leaf Label and Amber Gems Combo Pack and just a tiny bit of              Linen Thread! lol So this card is just a little stepped up!

Avid

The avid or stepped-up card has all that the casual card does just with a lot more bells & whistles!, Here I've added a second ring, stamped & fussy cut the sentiment, added some of the greenery & acorn from the die set, and brought in a leaf from the Leaf Label and Amber Gem Combo Pack! This card is very stepped up!

Bear in mind it did not take long to create all 3 cards! Not a lot of different materials were used either! Other than the 2 colors of cardstock (Very Vanilla &             Merry Merlot), inks, and the suite of products, the only other materials are the Leaf Label & Amber Gem Combo Pack & Linen Thread!

This was a very fun project to do! I hope you can find some inspiration from one or more of the amazing blogs highlighted below!  There is some serious talent on this hop, and their ideas are sure to spark some creativity!!! Check them all out!! Enjoy!

Happy Stampin'!!!

ICS BLOG HOP-MY FAVORITE PUNCH-SCOTTIE DOG!

Happy fall! Here on our Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop this month we are looking at our favorite punches! They can be quick and easy, and there are a ton of great ones from which to choose! So much fun to choose!

Here's my card:

So the punch I'm featuring this month is the Scottie Punch! This one is near & dear to my heart as my son's name is Scott, and as his mom I've always called him Scottie! We aren't scottie collectors per se, but this one is so darn cute!!! lol It coordinates with the Christmas Scottie stamp set-yup-it'll be my Christmas card set this year!! lol And even best it comes as a bundle in the                               July-December 2022 Mini Catalog so you save 10%! A bit early for Christmas I know, but I just couldn't wait to play with him!!! lol

So here I did a simple book bind fun fold card!  Now the DSP we need to discuss!!! So it's from the Celebrate Everything DSP pack that is available only to our hostesses!!! This one is in the same catalog as the Scotties!! On your way towards this Hostess set!  There are 48 sheets of amazing different designs!!! We sometimes forget about these with all the excitement of the new seasonal DSP packs! But I love the idea of red/white/black!!! And the print is not overwhelming for this card!

It's also a peek-a-boo card-at least that's what I call it! lol The                   Layering Circle Dies work perfectly for this little guy! He "peeks" out when the card is closed & when opened he's still there! lol

Other materials used on the car are the Deckled Rectangles, Gingham Ribbon & the oh-so-fun-and-fabulous Pearlized Enamel Effects Basics (don't overlook these!!! Praying for so many more colors in the future!!!)

So next up on our hop is Cheryl! So go hop over to her blog by clicking on her name here or the icon below!! Then keep going!!! Enjoy our punch treats!!!

Happy Stampin'!

NEW AT SU-FRIENDS ARE LIKE SEASHELLS/SEASIDE SEASHELL DIES

This month on our New at SU Blog Hop we are featuring the "Perfect Partners"-stamp sets and dies!!! Stampin' Up! has oh so many wonderful choices!!! I decided to go "old-school" this month & use one of my favorite "partners"! Check it out!

My card:

Friends are Like Seashells paired with the Seashells Dies are among my favorite product suites ever created by Stampin' Up! There is also a beautiful Seashell 3D Embossing Folder that goes along with it! You can find it in our Annual Catalog!

I am totally a beach girl-anything beach or ocean.  This set is so classic & so lovely that I've used it a ton! You don't need to do a lot with it! It speaks for itself!

I've used it hear with the Pearlescent 12x12 Specialty Paper! It originally paired with the suite, It is so nice when stamped, embossed and cut! It's a bit tricky stamping this paper, but with a bit of patience it gives just the perfect "shell-like" finish!

No sentiment here. I don't think it's needed. And it makes the card versatile! This can be used for any occasion.

Don't forget the inside!

Other materials used are Deckled Rectangle Dies, Basic Pearls Jewels (colored with Stampin' Blends), and Linen Thread.

Now please follow the links below to the rest of the beautiful creations on this hop! You will be inspired to pull out those perfect partners & create something fabulous!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-PERFECTLY PENCILED

Welcome to this month's Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop! We are featuring our favorite DSP's (Designer Series Papers)! There are so many to choose from!  We have 12"x12" and 6"x6" sizes! They are actually ALL awesome! So deciding was rough! lol But I chose based on versatility this time! That's why I chose      Perfectly Penciled 12"x12"!

Here's my card:

So there are a couple of things I super love about this DSP. First, the front is a
patterned print where the back is a more geometric pattern. Super easy to use both sides-separately or together. Depending on which side you use it gives a different feeling or mood to the card. Second, it's all black/white! Coordinates with everything. And the bonus (which I did here) is it is so easy to color with Blends or Markers!!!! You can also use a blending brush for a lighter more overall color.

I love how the Alphabest and Best Label Punch work here to make a greeting or sentiment! The b/w DSP really makes the color pop!  It's a very simple card, but I think it came out quite cheery & colorful!

Other items used are Loose Flower Flourishes,                                             Open Weave Ribbon (Polished Pink), Stampin' Blends, & Wink of Stella!

I hope you've found some inspiration here! Next up is Charmane.  Simply click on her name here or the icon below! Then keep going! I am so excited to get some great ideas from this month's hop!!!

Happy Stampin'!

NEW AT SU-SALE-A-BRATION-STYLISH SKETCH

Welcome to this month's New at SU blog hop!!!  It's Sale-A-Bration time again! We are a group of StampinUp! demonstrators from around the world who are full of creative paper crafting ideas to share with you and get you crafting! And this month we are featuring the amazing items from the SAB catalog in a "simple stamping" format! Stamps, inks & paper! We also have our fun new                 July-December Mini Catalog that is now LIVE! So many gorgeous items-and you can get your SAB items FREE with your qualifying purchase!!! Yup-FREE!!!

Here are  my cards this month:

So I've chosen to feature the beautiful stamp set Stylish Sketch! I truly think this is a great set for simple stamping! I've used each of the 3 images in this set to create an assortment! The sentiments are from the Biggest Wish stamp set! These cards are 1 layer only. That's hard for me! lol  I've been working on it but still want "levels".

But the 1-layer cards are really pretty! I did use my Blending Brush with a circle template to create the backgrounds on the 2 with circles! I chose this set because my husband is a real outdoorsman & that fox reminds me of the woods where I live!

Now keep hopping through our blog hop using the links below! You are sure to be excited by all the new beautiful SAB items!!!!

ICS-SALE-A-BRATION-RING OF LOVE DSP

Happy Summer Frampers!!!! I can't believe it's time for another Sale-A-Bration!!! And this one is so much fun!!!! Our amazing new July-December Mini Catalog is also now live! And they have done an amazing job with coordinating some products from that catalog with the SAB items! Altho anything will stand alone just fine!!!! And remember, with your qualifying purchase SAB items are FREE!!!!! I'm in a coordinating mood this month tho! lol

Here's my card:

So I'm coordinating the beautiful new Rings of Nature Bundle, found in the        J-D Mini, with the FREE SAB item Rings of Love DSP!!! This is an amazing suite of products!!! The bundle includes the Rings of Nature Stamp Set,                    the Tree Rings Dies and the amazing Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder! This is my first hybrid embossing folder, but it won't be my last! What fun!!!

The DSP is used here to create the background, logs, and the cute little house! I cut the leaves using the dies in the bundle! The only stamping here is the sentiment-also from the Rings of Nature. It's simply heat embossed on a piece of            Night of Navy cardstock!

But let's talk about those rings! I hope from the picture you can see the texture in them. Well that is from the hybrid embossing folder & the dies! The image on the DSP perfectly fits the folder & die! So you can line them up, cut & emboss all at once! How easy is that!!!! And such a fun result!

The only other items used are the Linen Thread and the Penned Flowers dies for the edging!

So I hope you enjoy this enough to make this part of your stamping experience! And remember, this DSP is FREE when you purchase the bundle!!! Winner winner chicken dinner!!!!!

Now hop over to Sandra's blog & see which SAB item she is featuring! You will want them all!!! Just click her name here or the icon below! Feel free to leave a happy comment!!!!

NEW AT SU-SUITE SUMMER STAMPING-TEA BOUTIQUE

This month's New at SU Blog Hop is featuring some of our favorite suites from the new Annual Catalog! One thing no other company can match is Stampin' Up!'s coordination of products! They coordinate colors, dies, punches, DSP, etc., etc., etc.!  The suites give you great options of any number of these products! The suite I'm sharing this month is the Tea Boutique Suite

Here's my card:

So this suite offers the Cup of Tea stamp set, the Teacup Dies,                        the Tea Boutique 6x6 Designer Series Paper, and the Cards and Envelopes! I've used all but the cards & envelopes because when I ordered they were out of stock! They're baaaaacccckkk tho!!! Grab them while you can!! This DSP uses many of the new In Colors as well! That's a bonus for me!

I love all the little tea cups on the DSP! And the overlay cup here is so perfect over either your favorite color cardstock or even a nice DSP-like I did here! And how about the cute tea bag!!! ICS BLOG HOP-MEET THE NEW IN-COLORS

Happy Summer-well almost! It's finally beginning to feel like it, and our beautiful new 2022-2024 In Colors are certainly helping to brighten up the season!!! This month's Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop will give you tons of great ideas and visuals using our new In Colors! Which is your favorite? Mine I believe is         Starry Sky-although not using it this time! lol So enjoy our creations!

Here's my card:

I used 2 of the In-Colors-Sweet Sorbet and Parakeet Party. It has taken me a bit to warm up to Sweet Sorbet. I'm not a big "red" person. But after several creations I can honestly say I think it's my favorite SU red! And the Parakeet Party truly contrasts with it beautifully!!!

This card uses the flower images only from the Bottled Happiness stamp set. I absolutely love this image! The sentiment is from the Celebrating You stamp set!

So some of my favorite things about this year's In-Colors are the coordinating products! I've used a bunch here. The 2022-2024 In Color 6x6 Glimmer Paper, 2022-2024 In-Color Designer Series Paper (also 6x6), the 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots, and the 2022-2024 Metallic Woven Ribbon! All in the Sweet Sorbet color! Well the dots are Parakeet Party! lol

The only other element is the Frayed Ribbon from the big book and the      Layering Circle Dies. Super easy & fun card to create! Hope you like!

Now hop over to Deb's blog & check out her creation! Simply click on her  name here or the icon below to get there! Then keep hopping! These colors are my fave set of In Colors yet!!!!

Happy Stampin'!!!
