NEW AT SU-SNOWFLAKE SKY EMBOSSING FOLDER GIFT CARD HOLDER

Ho Ho Ho! Here on the November edition of the New at SU Blog hop this group of creative, international Stampin' Up! demonstrators are creating ways for you to give your gift card & gift certificate gifts!!!! It's always fun to get gift cards (then you can shop later!), but it's even more fun when they are in an adorable holder!! Hope you find some fun ideas!!!

Here's mine:

There is literally minimal stamping on this. I found a similar idea on Pinterest, but when I went back to look for it I couldn't find it so had to get creative! lol

I had made a few of these a bit differently last Christmas.  Here's another one I did sort of from memory from last year. These are simple, use little product, and quick! Oh, and they're fun to make!!!

I love how the Abundant Beauty decorative masks work on this project! It looks like a fancy houndstooth Santa coat!!! lol

Copping to a bit of retired product here! the white trim is from last year's catalog, but there's a ton of nice product in the current catalog you can use!!! This was just kind of an impromptu creation because I liked the first so much! lol

Products used on both of these gift card holders are the                          Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder, Real Red & Burlap Ribbon Combo Pack, So Sincere stamp set, Autumn Leaves Dies, Rhinestone Jewels colored with Real Red Stampin' Blends, Classic Matte Dots,                        Holographic Specialty Cardstock, Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks, and a bit of retired trim on the "Santa" one!

Now please go check out the blogs listed below! You'll find so many more great ideas from all around the world!!!! Then get crafting! It'll be here before you know it!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-NIGHT DIVINE

It's Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop time again!!! This month this group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators are ringing in the holiday season with Christmas creations! It's never too early for Christmas!

Here's my card:

So this was a card that kind of came from scraps! I have been working non stop with this beautiful O Holy Night DSP! Wow is it pretty! I don't want to throw away any of it! So I decided to use the scraps from another project for this Z-fold card!

The only stamping is the beautiful sentiment from the Night Divine stamp set! This is a great set with several large sentiments. I thought this would be perfect as the focal point of the card! I think it says it all!

I even added a strip of the DSP inside. These Z-folds are nice because they can stand on their own. Christmas cards make wonderful decorations on their own, and these really make a nice visual!

The only other item used other than the standard inks & cardstocks are the Adhesive-Backed Star Trinkets! Love these little stars!!!!!

Next up is Janey. Hope on over to her blog & check out her Christmas creation! Simply click on her name or the icon below! Then keep going!!! Hope this hop puts you in the spirit! It's coming!!!

Happy Stampin'!

NEW AT SU BLOG HOP-SKETCH CHALLENGE

This month on New at SU Blog Hop this group of international Stampin' Up! demonstrators as been given a sketch challenge! Now these are my favorites! I love being given a "map" of sorts to follow! During a sketch challenge you can follow it exactly or add your own flair as long as it still follow the sketch!

Here's the sketch:

Here's my card:

This card was a bit of work but so much fun to make!!!!!! The leaves were heat embossed on Vellum Cardstock using gold & copper embossing powders and the Autumn Leaves stamp set, and cut with the Autumn Leaves Dies. The backs were colored with Stampin' Blends to add some lighter color.

The backdrop paper is from the All About Autumn Specialty DSP! Oh so pretty!!!

Other materials used on this card are the So Sincere stamp set,                 Brushed Metallic Dots, Bakers Twine.

I hope you enjoyed this interpretation of the sketch! Now please go visit the other blogs listed below! I'm sure you'll find some great inspiration to try this sketch on your own!!!

PPP BLOG HOP-WITH LOVE AND GRATITUDE

On this month's Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop we are featuring a different kind of kit! It's a cute "bag" or "box" with some sweet little cards to go with! Perfect for small gift giving!  Very cute kit!

For my alternative tho this month, I changed it into a "fun fold" of sorts!Well, really more like a different kind of presentation!

Here's my alternative:

I'm not sure what this is called, but I love cards like this! It's a card on a card! Plenty of room for a little note! The colors here are so pretty! I love Lost Lagoon!

In somewhat keeping with my alternative rule of only using what's in the kit for the alternative, I only used a piece of Lost Lagoon card stock! Everything else is from the kit!

I hope you enjoyed! Now be sure to check out the other blogs listed below! There are so many great ideas for ways you can use your kit!!!!

Happy Stampin'!!

PPP BLOG HOP-MEANINGFUL FLOWERS

Hello & welcome to this month's Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! Ok, not gonna lie! This was a tough one to redesign!!! I LOVE this kit! These cards are so pretty on their own!!! They can work for any occasion!!! They are just so pretty!!! But I did come up with a couple of alternatives of my own!

Here are the cards as designed in the kit!

There are 2 designs.

Here are the 2 alternatives I came up with:

I didn't want to mess with the card bases that came with the kit because they're so pretty!!!! So I decided to have fun with the exclusive stamps included in the kit!

I decided to keep with the colors of the kit! I also broke my own Paper Pumpkin alternative rule-to only use what's in the kit to create alternatives! lol But these stamps-oh my! lol

The first is simply stamped on Basic White cardstock and colored in with       Stampin' Blends! Add a colorful base, some Tahitian Tide Metallic Woven Ribbon & a Brushed Brass Butterfly & it's a fun card!  Hard to tell in the picture, but the images are embossed in black-makes easier coloring.

The second uses the original base that is embossed with the                         Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. The stamps are beautiful Distinctive stamps so they have the most beautiful image! I just threw in a bit of shading with the Blends & it's basically a done deal!

Hope you enjoyed!!! I'm sure that even tho you love this kit, you will find some super inspiration as you peruse the beautiful blogs below! Don't miss any of them! They are all amazing!!!

Happy Stampin'!

NEW AT SU-COUNTRYSIDE INN SUITE

Happy August New at SU Blog Hop Day!!! lol We are a worldwide group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators sharing some exciting ideas for you to use with our amazing products! This month we are featuring the  many suites in our catalog! These are great coordinated groups of materials that you can use to create! No need to search through all your supplies-simply pull out all the products in the suite & get stampin'!

Here's my card:

So this month I've decided to feature the Countryside Inn Suite. It includes the Countryside Inn Bundle-stamp & dies, the fabulous                          Countryside Inn 12x12 DSP, and the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder! I've used them all here!

This is a simple fun fold! Not sure what it's called, but it is so simple to make! And it's a great way to display your DSP!  And this DSP is soooooo pretty!!!! I love blues!

The graduated dies are really great! They allow you to give mattes & backings to your sentiments or images and then feature them nicely on your card! This stamp set has some pretty variations for the frames, but no sentiments.  I used one from the Hope You Know stamp set!

The only other materials used on this card are the Butterfly embellishments! The embossing really makes it pop I think. What do you think?

Now for more ideas on all our amazing suites click on one of our blogs listed below! There are so many different styles, ideas, designs, etc., from all over the world-literally!!! I know you'll find some inspiration as you hop through!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-SWEET CITRUS

Happy August! Who can believe summer is starting to wind down?! It just started!!! But here on the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop we are still celebrating summer with some fun techniques! How are you using your stamps, inks & paper?          Well we are showcasing cards this month with a focus on the technique used to create the card! I bet you'll find some great new ideas!!!

Here's my card:

Now I don't know the name of the technique I used! lol Not even sure it has one! It's just something I like to do! It involves adding some random colors to a piece of Basic White cardstock using a Blending Brush. In this case, the colors are Parakeet Party, Daffodil Delight & Pumpkin Pie. Just throw it on randomly!

Next, using Versamark ink, stamp an image. In this case the image is the flower from Sweet Citrus! Emboss with clear embossing powder. Looks nice right?       Well to really make it pop I simply spritz the whole piece with my Stampin' Spritzer. It helps blend the colors & really make the image pop!                       Now maybe it would spread a bit more on watercolor paper, but I really like how it looks on the Basic White!

Then I just added the fun elements from the stamp set using the                    Sweet Citrus coordinating dies to cut them out! Words were stamped & fussy cut! I just love the subtle look of the shiny images in the background! Hope you do too!

Other items used are Metallic Woven Ribbon, Loose Daisy Embellishments, Clear Embossing Powder, Wink of Stella.

Next up is Deb! I know she has something really cool for you! Simply click on her name here or on the icon below! Then keep going! And enjoy our last official month of summer!!!

Happy stampin'!!!

Now if you know me you know I'm a "tropical" girl! At least I should be! lol I live in New England, but my heart is in the tropics! I have close family in Hawaii & have spent much time there. It's my happy place!

This Tropical Leaf stamp set & matching Tropical Leaf Punch has been loved & used already!!! It's a very simple set, but it really makes me think tropics!

I love these colors together too! Parakeet Party & Flirty Flamingo really shout tropical! The Shaded Space just adds the needed "pop"!

The flowers come from the Petal Park stamp set & are punched with the coordinating Petal Park Punch! The only addition is the Metallic Woven Ribbon! I've "shredded" the ends for a lighter feel!

INSPIRE, CREATE, SHARE BLOG HOP-NEW CORE COLORS

Happy Summer! And welcome back to our ICS Blog Hop! This month we are featuring all the beautiful new Core Colors! As you may or may not know,      Stampin' Up! does a color refresh every few years! Well this year we have some great new colors in our "regular" repertoire!!! So pretty! Check them out!

Here are my cards:

I really needed some basic birthday cards-ya know, the ones you can grab off the rack in a pinch.  These can be for any age, boy or girl, etc!  They are all basically the same just different core colors.

The first is Lemon Lime Twist!

This one is landscape! The others are portrait orientation!

The second is Bubble Bath.

And the third is Azure Afternoon

Each has a little strip of color on the inside-just for a pop!

They were all made with the Alphabet A-La-Mode Dies, Artistically Inked stamp set, Blending Brushes, Stampin' Blends, Painted Texture Embossing Folder & Rhinestone Basic Jewels! The Blends were used to color the Jewels!

Overall very easy, basic cards, but I think they are so pretty & a super nice, bright presentation!!!!

Next up is our fearless leader Deb. Check out which Core Colors she chose to highlight! They are all so pretty! Simply click on her name here or the icon below! Then keep going!!! There will be lots of goodness to see!!!

Welcome to our hop around the world as this group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators share some fun kids' cards with you! We are featuring cards for littles of all ages! I'm sure you'll find some great inspiration as you hop through!

Here's my card:

The other little ladybug in the stamp set is crawling across the inside of the card! She's a bit shadow stamped but she's so cute anyway!

This is a very simple card for a kid of any ages. This month's hop has shown me that I need to beef up my kids' collection! lol Most things retired, so time to go shopping!!!

Anyway, this little ladybug has done her job on birthday cards for my little "ladybug" Julia! My first granddaughter just turned 4, and her card had this little ladybug! That's my nickname for her! It really can work for any age, I just thought the google eyes make it more fun & juvenile.

Products used on this card are the Ladybug Builder Punch, Hello Ladybug stamp set, Biggest Wish stamp set, and the Classic Matte Dots.  Very few materials for a fun, colorful card! Perfect for your little ladybug!

Please consider hopping around the world now by checking in on the links below! There are some very fun projects to see! I know you'll find inspiration for your next kids' creations!!!!

ICS BLOG HOP-PETAL PARK BUILDER PUNCH

Hi there! And here we are already in June! Our Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop features our amazing punches this month! We have so many to choose from! Some coordinate with stamp sets. Some are shapes for sentiments. But whatever you choose I'm sure you'll have lots of fun creating! Join us as we share our creations using our fabulous punches!!!

Here's my card:

Now this card is fairly simple, but I am working hard at "bonding" with Wild Wheat-one of our new In-Colors! It's not a bad color per se. I just am never sure what to put with it! So I decided to try pinks-specifically Berry Burst, Flirty Flamingo & Petal Pink. ! And believe it or not,  I think it works!

The punch I chose to share is the Petal Park Builder punch. It bundles beautifully with the Petal Park Stamp set! And purchased together you save 10%! I only used the stamp set for the top flower tho.  Just the punch!

I also threw in another punch just for giggles! The sentiment uses the            Double Oval punch! It's perfect for smaller sentiments! I love to "dimensionalize" it! lol

Other materials used are the '23-'25 In-Color 6x6 DSP pack,                          '23-'25 In-Color Dots, and the Seasonal Branches stamp set (sentiment).

I hope you enjoyed my simple little card! I do believe in many cases less is more! I do like the Wild Wheat as a background for colors! I'll have to try another palette next time!

Darla is up next in our hop! Just click her name here or the icon below & you will travel to here amazingness! Enjoy as you hop al the way through! See you next month!

Happy Stampin'!

NEW AT SU-BOHO BLUE & MISTY MOONLIGHT

This month on our New at SU Blog Hop we are playing with colors-the new colors to be specific!!! Our b brandy new Annual Catalog has some beautiful new colors for you! Not only are the amazing new '23-'25 In-Colors in there, but        Stampin' Up! also did a color refresh! They deleted some old, added some new, and returned some previous favorites! We are combining the new in-colors with the new basic colors for some fabulous combinations!

Here's my card:

Boho Blue & Misty Moonlight both show up in the Countryside Inn 12x12 DSP, so I thought I'd let the the SU concept artists take the lead! I love blues! But using the absolutely amazing Countryside Corners Dies just brings it all together!

The bird, branch & sentiment are from the Seasonal Branches bundle! So much versatility here! And it literally is seasonal!

The little bird is colored in with the Boho Blue Stampin' Blend. The whole card is finished off with the '23-'25 In-Color Dots! These are super nice because they are almost flat-great for mailing!

So please check out the other blogs on our hop for some amazing color combinations! I'm anxious to try some of their color-combo ideas! Simply click on the name below & you'll find yourself super so colorful!!!

Happy Stampin'!
