CHEERFUL TAGS PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT!

So our Thursday Focus/Product Spotlight group is once more featuring the
Cheerful Tags Thinlets!!! I love these things!

Welcome my Canadian friends (and non-Canadian friends too!)from Jenilee's amazing blog!!!! When you're finished here you will hop on to Helen's very creative blog!!!! Enjoy all the way around!

Here's my project this week:

Now I know I could go outside of the box like my hop mates, but I just so love these little tags!!! And this one was designed with New Year's Eve in mind! You know it's going around the neck of a nice champagne bottle!!! lol

It's very simple to make these!  Just cut them out with the Big Shot! The
Cheerful Tags Thinlets do all the work!!! I also so love that there's the Here's to Cheers coordinating stamp set!!! Stampin' Up! does that quite well-coordinating products! Makes life so much easier!

I used my Copper Embossing Powder and Copper Foil Paper for the "bling" here! If you look carefully, there's also some Copper Metallic Thread just for fun! This fun little tag is finished off with the Natural Trim! This is literally a 10-minute tag, and what an impact it makes!!!

To all my friends on this blog hop, I would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year!!!!! See you next year with some more fun new featured products to help your creative juices flow!!!!

Happy Stampin'!!

of the year!!! Also our last week of Silver and Gold!!! I'm loving my card this week!!!

Here's this week's bling:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So I had fun with this card & really LOVE how it came out!!! It's one of those cards ya make but never wanna send! lol  I know some of you get that! lol

I used my Gold Glimmer Paper, Gold Metallic Paper and
Metallic Foil Doilies to create "champagne bubbles"! Pulled out all the gold for this one!! Cool right?  The stamp set is one of my all-time favorites,
Mixed Drinks!!!!  Even the ribbon has gold-its the Natural Trim!!!

I just simply used lots of Circle Punches for this one!! Bubbles bubbles bubbles!!   And paper-saver note: if you were to lift up the top layer, you would see holes in the Glimmer Paper!! Paper conservation-my motto!!! lol

The background is accentuated with the
Large Polka Dots Embossing Folder-keeping it round! And lastly, the "champagne" is simply Gold Wink of Stella!!! Such a fun card to make!!!!

As this is the last day in this hop for 2016, I just want to wish everyone a blessed, happy & healthy 2017!! May it be filled with fun, family, good health and lots of stamping!!!!

Happy Stampin'!!!!!

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT-CHEERFUL TAGS FRAMELITS

Hello all!!! I am participating in a new fun blog hop designed to spotlight one or more of our amazing products!!! This is my first week with this hop!!! So glad to be joining my friends to bring you some great ideas to use with some of our fun goodies!!!

Welcome my visitors from Canada & Jenilee's blog!!! We met several years ago at convention & she remains one of my Stampin' Up! besties!!!!

After you're finished here, you will hop on to Robbie's blog! You may remember her from our weekly Coloring Down the Lines Blog Hop. She is one of the creators of this hop-and that hop!!! Cool beans!

This week we are featuring The Cheerful Tags Thinlets!  This is such a fun little set & fortunately it's carried over into the Occasions Catalog! Works for every occasion!!!

I paired the Thinlets here with the coordinating stamp set-Here's to Cheers! I think it works great for a nice bottle of wine as a gift, but the tags also work for a bottle of water for a stamp club or bottle of soda or juice just because!!!

This one is very Christmas-y as I'm sure I'll use it on a gift this coming weekend! The sentiment was embossed using the awesome
Emerald Envy Glitter Embossing Powder!!!  Luv that!!! The ribbon is the beautiful Emerald Envy Rouched Ribbon

These little tags are very simple to make but create such a nice presentation!!! I posted one last Wednesday for the ICS Blog Hop! You will see another next Thursday when we feature this product once again!!!

A very Merry Christmas & Happy Hanukkah to you all!!!!!

Merry Stampin'!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

It's our last
Coloring Down the Lines
blog hop before the "big day"!!!!  Boy I need to finish my shopping! lol  We are continuing with our Silver and Gold theme this month!!! Perfect for the Holiday feel!!!

Hello hoppers from Helen's blog!!!! Merry Christmas to you all!!!! And as you travel on to Lizzy's blog, I hope you all have a spectacular holiday!!!!!

Here's my "bling" this week:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So this is just a simple snowflake card! lol  It's hard to tell in the picture, but the snowflakes are heat embossed with Silver embossing powder & super shiny! And guess what I discovered? If you stamp lightly with the  Smoky Slate ink, it looks more silver than gray!!!

The beautiful snowflakes are from Flurry of Wishes stamp set! Such a pretty set. The largest of the flakes is punched out with the coordinating
Flower Medallion Punch, and the 2 smaller ones punched out with the
Snow Flurry Punch.  I so love how Stampin' Up! makes everything coordinating!!! Makes my life so much easier! lol

The only real embellishment on this card is some beautiful
Silver 1/8" Ribbon.  The little red dots are simple little circles punched from Cherry Cobbler card stock.  It needed some color. I will admit that after  I photographed it, I went back and added a couple of silver Metallic Sequins for excitement. Not necessary, but I just wanted to! lol

I am having so much fun creating with my new goodies from the brand new Occasions Catalog & Sale-a-Bration Catalog that go live January 4!!! I can't wait to share with you!!!! But not yet! Still in holiday mode  & enjoying my goodies from the Holiday Catalog. They'll be gone soon! :(

So hope you likey! And seeing as this is the last blog hop before the holiday, I would love to wish you all a safe, happy and very Merry Christmas, and to my friends of the Jewish faith, a wonderful Season of Lights/Happy Hanukkah!  May your holidays be filled with family, fun, friends, love and magic!!!!

Merry Stampin'!!!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES

Here we are in another week of Silver & Gold
Coloring Down the Lines Blog Hop!!
Lots of Holiday bling here!!

Welcome from Helen's blog!!! Next hop on over to Lizzy's place!!! It'll be a "blingy" experience!!!

So here's my card this week:

And our inspiration photo:

More Christmas look this week! I LOVE this Pine Bough Embossing Folder & I'm so sad it's retiring! It makes for such an easy but beautiful card!!  And wow, on the Silver Foil Sheet?! Amazing!!!!!!

The only stamping on this is the sentiment. It's from the Tin of Tags stamp set. I wanted a different shape just because. So I tried (and it worked!) the
Paisley Framelits! I think I'll use this again! Love how it came out!

Wanted just a pop of color from the Pine Boughs Framelits! Round it all off with some Rouched Ribbon and some Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine & it's a pretty simple yet elegant card!!!

This will also be my first day of my
"Annual 12 Cards of Christmas"!!!!
One per day until the big day!!! So be sure to watch back & enjoy some fun cards filled with Christmas cheer!!!

Merry Stampin'!!!

ICS BLOG HOP-HERE'S TO CHEERS/CHEERFUL TAGS!

Yeah it's time for our monthly
Inspire, Create and Share
blog hop! This month our theme is "I am Dreaming of a White Christmas", and we're showcasing ideas using white on white! We hope you enjoy this beautiful hop and will become inspired to give the white on white look a try!

Here's my creation:

Close Up!!!
Laid out flat! So pretty!
So I decided not to go with a card this time!!! This is for a special gift for a special friend who is hosting a wonderful Christmas party next week! I thought it would be a perfect way to "pretty up" the bottle of wine I will be bringing as a Hostess gift!!!

This is an amazing bundle that I know I will be using long after it retires!!! It makes a simple little bottle of something look so special!!! Plus, they are sturdy enough so she can pass it on if she likes! I have no problem with re-gifting!

I love the look of white on white, especially for the Christmas holidays! But I thought for a "pop" the silver would be appropriately festive!!!

Items used in this little tag are Here's to Cheers stamp set, Cheerful Tags Thinlets,
1 3/4" Circle Punch, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Silver 1/8" Ribbon,
Silver Glimmer Paper, Silver Embossing Powder, VersaMark ink pad.

Now please hop on over to Candy Ford's blog & enjoy her beautiful white creation! You can get there by clicking her name here or the icon below!!!

And since this is our last hop of the year, a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah
Happy New Years, or a splendid Holiday if you celebrate something different!
Here's to an amazing 2017 for us all!!!

Happy Stampin'!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

Welcome to the first week of December's
Coloring Down the Lines
Blog Hop!!! This month we are all about glitz & glam! Our cards will have silver and/or gold!!! Love the bling idea!!! Thanx Robbie!!!

So you're hopping here from Helen's blog!! Love her sparkle!!! After here, head to Sandy's blog! Nice to have her hopping this week!!!

So here's my card:

Here's our inspiration:

So you say Gold I'm going Gold!!! I've had this design in mind for awhile. Not sure why it came to me! lol It's a bit flashy, but I love how it turned out!!!! In the photo, the Glimmer Paper looks like snow!!! lol

So my gold here is from the amazing Gold Glimmer Paper!!! I also used the Dazzling Diamond Glimmer Paper for the snowman! Can u say sparkle!!! lol

The additions to the snowman & the banners were made with Pink Flamingo and Candy Candy Lane Washi Tape.  Just to let ya know, the black washi has bits of gold in it!!! lol

So I simply used circle punches & created the snowman! Simple!  The letters are from the Labeler Alphabet stamp set! I don't know what I'll do if they retire this one!!!

All finished off with Black & Candy Cane Lane Bakers Twine.  I will say, it helps to add a bit of the Tombo Multi glue under the washi when working with washi on Glimmer paper! Helps it all stick!

So hope you enjoyed! I'm working on more silver & gold for next week!!!

Happy Stampin!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

Here we are-our last
Coloring Down the Lines
Blog Hop of November! Wow! Where did the month go??? Well we are happy to share one more week of thanks with you! Then on to the big show!!!

You've probably arrived here from Helen's happenin' blog! When you are through hop over to Lizzy's blog for some thankful cheer!

Here's my card:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So this was just a fun card to use some items I haven't brought out in awhile. I wanted to use my Swirly Scribbles Framelits. Haven't seen them in awhile! There is a stamp set to go with, but I didn't use it here!

You may recognize the 15-17 In-Colors here! Strawberry Slush, Cucumber Crush & Tip-Top Taupe! It was a dreary day when I created this so I wanted something bright to cheer things up!

The beautiful background is from the Affectionately Yours DSP. The only embellishments are the Burlap Ribbon, Natural Twine & Pearl Basic Jewels.  The sentiment is from the Crazy About You stamp set!

So just a fun card this week! Next week we begin the month of December! And you can probably guess what we will be featuring then!!! Can I just say-BLING!!! WOOHOO!!!!!

Happy Stampin'!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

Well it's Thanksgiving week!!! And our third week of thank you cards on our
Coloring Down the Lines
Blog Hop!!!
This has been a fun month! Lots of great thank you cards with one more week to go!

You may be hopping here from Helen's blog! Be sure to hop on over to
Lizzy's blog next!!! I'm very "thankful" to be the bologna in their sandwich! lol

Here's my card this week:

Here's the inspiration:

So this is a fairly simple card for a reason-it's designed for a good friend who did something really nice last week or me! She is awesome, and she likes the simple things in life! Not really flashy or busy! She loves my CAS (Clean & Simple) cards. So this is for her!

The flower is from the Sunshine Wishes Framelits collection! I love these! There is a cool stamp set to match! But I didn't use it for this card.

I used my favorite DSP like ever-Serene Scenery!! I love this little pack!!!! It just add such a pop! When you see it in person, this card actually looks textured!!! It's so cool!!!

To finish it off, I simply added some Burlap Ribbon, Pearl Basic Jewels, and a sentiment from Sheltering Tree! Simple yet effective!!!!

I would like to wish you all a happy and safe Thanksgiving! And always remember to be thankful for the little things in life!

Happy Stampin'!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES

Welcome back hoppers from Helen's blog!! We missed you last week! Onward to Lizzy's after here!!! I know you'll enjoy them all!!!

Here's my card:

Here's the inspiration this week:

So I wanted to do something pretty for Thanksgiving! I absolutely LOVE this Paisley Suite!  I want to just stamp away!!!

So the stamp set is called Paisleys & Posies! It has the most amazing matching Paisley Framelits!!! It's so easy & versatile1 Perfect for any occasion! It's my current fave! You'll see lots of it! lol

I heat embossed the images with Copper Embossing Powder on our most beautiful Copper Foil Sheets! Wow are these beautiful in person!!! The embossing really brings it out too!!!!  Then I added some Burlap Ribbon and a few Pearl Basics to finish it off! I'm very happy with how this card turned out!!!

All these items are in the Holiday Catalog!  We are never sure if they will be carried over into the Annual Catalog! So if you see something you like, then grab it while you can!!! This catalog is only good until the end of December!!

Now hop away to see how everyone else is showing thanks!!!

Happy Stamping'!!!!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

Welcome to Week 2 of Thanks here on the
Coloring Down the Lines
Blog Hop!!!  November is definitely the month for gratitude!!

Hello hoppers from Robbie's blog! Don't forget to head over to Lizzy's blog when u r through here!! We are only 4 this week! But 4 Strong!!!

Here's my card:

Here's our inspiration photo:

So one more week without going all fall! Because I totally have one beautiful fall thank you's coming up! I just wanted something that didn't make me focus on the winter days ahead! I'm such a summer girl that the thought of cold and nastiness ahead just makes me quiver! But the warmth of Thanksgiving holiday & Christmas ahead warm my heart! But this week, just a cute thank you card!

So I visited my old friend Grateful Bunch stamp set! This one is so striking! Especially when you cut out the flowers with the coordinating Blossom Punch. They really pop!  All the stamping, including the sentiment, is from that one set! I like to feature the stamp sets that way. Show their versatility.

I simply punched out a tag with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch and added a bit of Night of Navy Bakers Twine for affect!  Hope you like & feel loved & thanked!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-THE SEASON OF GRATITUDE

Welcome to this month's
Inspire, Create, Share Bog Hop!!!
This month we are "giving thanks" with our
My Paper Pumpkin
kits!!!!

So first, here's my card this month-the altered My Paper Pumpkin card:

Here are the original My Paper Pumpkin cards as included in the kit:

So our job this month was to create an altered card/project using materials from the October My Paper Pumpkin kit! Now the kits usually reflect the concepts for the following month-so October was for November. Make sense? Give ya time to craft!! So our October kid was for giving Thanks!

Well, there are so many beautiful ways to alter the intended creations from the original kit. You can use other beautiful Stampin' Up! materials to create something else, or you can use only the exclusive kit materials to create something different! I always like to use the materials exclusive to the kit so you can see the versatility of the kit! They give you the card ideas, but it's fun to come up with other ideas.  You will see both examples on this blog hop!

So all the materials used in my altered card come from the kit! No extras!  Maybe you got an idea on how to alter your kit!!!

If you love these creations and want to explore My Paper Pumpkin for yourself, visit my store & check it out! Just click the link above! I'd love to help you discover the fun!!!! One month, 3 months, 6 months or even a year!!! The kits even come with an exclusive stamp set each month!!! Everything you need to create the monthly project is included!!! Plus lots of extras for your other projects! Join the fun!!!

Now keep hopping onto Darla's blog and beyond to see the versatility of these amazing monthly kits!!!! You can get there by clicking her name here or the icon for our hop below!!!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

Welcome to the season of thanks on the
Coloring Down the Lines
blog hop! Perfect for the month of Thanksgiving!!!

Today I'm thankful for the hoppers from Helen's blog!!! Enjoy here then hop over to Lizzy's blog! They will help you get "thankful" for the season! lol

Here's my card:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So I've been doing so much fall, Halloween & even Christmas crafting that I decided to take a break from that mode! Thought maybe it'd be nice to be reminded of spring on its way??? Well it can't hurt to hope!!!

I started this whole project off with the amazing
Crumb Cake Note Cards & Envelopes!! The color doesn't show well here, but the Crumb Cake goes so beautifully with the Night of Navy card stock and the beautiful Affectionately Yours DSP! I don't use much blue for the months in the fall so this was fun!!!

The beautiful flower was cut with the Botanical Builders Framelits.  A very monochromatic project-only 2 colors!! These cards are a bit smaller than a standard crafted card, but they are perfect for a quick note! And they can be mailed with a regular stamp!!

And taking from our fearless leader Robbie, my envelope is not naked! Partially clad with the easy image from Botanical Blooms!!! A couple of nice sentiments & it's a great little card! Shhhh-someone is actually getting a set of these for Christmas!!!

So THANK YOU for joining us this week!

Happy Stampin'!!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

Helloooooooo there!! It's our last Halloween
Coloring Down the Lines
blog hop of 2016!!! Where did the month go?!

You may have arrived here from Helen's blog! Enjoy here then hop on to Lizzy's blog!!! They're hauntingly fun this week!!

Here's my card:

Here's the inspiration photo:

for some reason I can't get it to download to my computer! But it's a cute ghost that says "Create a Halloween Project"  Boo hoo!!!

This week I decided to have some fun! I've been dying to use my new      Paisley Framelits! Hint: you'll see a lot of them next month! Wow are they awesome!!! But I just thought they had the best ghost shape!

So I pulled out the Silver Glimmer Card stock & cut a few out! Aren't they cute?? I just simply cut them out!!! I used my small circle punches to make the eyes & mouths!!!

Heat embossed the sentiment with my Layered Letters Alphabet stamps. Backed them all on Basic Black then on a piece of Pink Flamingo DSP! So boo to you!! lol  Now I know the pic looks like I got White Embossing Powder everywhere on the card, but no. I used the Aqua Painter & splattered a bit of Whisper White Ink refill to give a bit of attention to the background. It looks good in real life! Trust me! lol

So I hope you and yours have a fun & safe Halloween next Monday!!! We will be "thanking" you for joining us next week!

Happy Haunting ( I mean Stampin'!!!)

COLORING DOWN THE LINES

Coloring Down the Lines
blog hop with a full house this week!!!

Welcome from Helen's blog!!! Next in line is Lizzy's blog! Then keep going through the hop & see everyone's Halloween creation!!! Lots of fun stuff here this week!

Here's my card:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So I hope you're not sick of these little guys, because I could stamp & punch them out all day long!!! Soon I'll have to put them away! So I thought one last CDTL week with my buddies will work!

So the name of the stamp set is Cookie Cutter Halloween! The guys are cut using the Cookie Cutter Punch!  I just simply embossed the background matte using the Seaside Textured Embossing Folder.  I used my Layered Letters & Labeler Alphabet stamps for the words. Threw in a little
Pink Flamingo Washi Tape & some Halloween Bakers Twine & it's a cute little card!!!

So there's one more week of Halloween treats! Next week I promise something "spooookkkkyyyy" just for you!!!

Happy Stampin'!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES!

It's October! Halloween time at
Coloring Down the Lines Blog Hop!
Well I'm sort of changing it up a bit yet staying on track. Clear as mud?! lol

Hoppers this week are here from Amanda's Crafty Playdate!!! Head over to Lizzy's when you are through!!! Enjoy the projects my friends have to share with you!!!

So here's my card this week:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So this week we are supposed to do Halloween! Well mine is a Halloween Birthday card! I'm not a huge Halloween fan. I think the holidays get rushed, so to me, Halloween is more fall-like! I actually made this card for a friend whose birthday is on Halloween! So I wanted it to be about her! But the pumpkin keeps it seasonal!

This was such a simple card but I think it really packs a punch.  Simple yet fun!  The only stamping really here is the sentiment from the BYOP stamp set! The pumpkin parts were cut with the Oval Framelits and the Paisley Framelits. The edges of the pumpkin were sponged to add some depth.

The background DSP is from the Serene Scenery Pack, and the
Woodgrain Textured Embossing Folder makes the neat background for the pumpkin.   The Linen Thread and Burlap Ribbon add just enough of a finishing touch.

So while not traditional Halloween per se, it works for a Halloween birthday card-makes it about her birthday and not just Halloween! Happy birthday Melissa!!!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-FALL FUN!

Here we are in October already!!! Our
Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop
this month is all about fall!!! And what's more fall than Halloween?!  So I decided my fall creation would be Halloween!!

Here's my design:

It's a cute little 5"x7" sampler to go into a frame or just display. I actually have a frame for it but it didn't photograph well, so here it is-naked! lol!

I've been getting quite a bit of use of the Cookie Cutter suite from the
Holiday Catalog! The little guys are from the Cookie Cutter Halloween cut out with the Cookie Cutter Punch!  And of course the bling is the gorgeous Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper!
The whole "package" is tied up with the Halloween Night Bakers Twine! And the little guys are all slightly watercolored-just enough to give some texture!

I created my own DSP using the bat stamp from the set! I didn't order any Halloween DSP yet, so had to improvise!!! Right now with out Buy 3 Get 1 Free DSP special I'll have to think about stocking up!!!

So just a fun little Halloween sampler this month! Now hop to Tina's blog & enjoy her creation.  You ca either click on her name or the icon below! Then keep hopping until you get back here!!!  Lots of amazing Fall creations!!!! A bit early, but Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Stamping'!!!!

COLORING DOWN THE LINES

Coloring Fall again! For the month of October our
Coloring Down the Lines Blog Hop
is featuring Halloween creations!!!

Maybe you're here from Helen's blog! Hi! Lizzy's blog is next!!!
Happy Hoppin'!

Here's my card:

Here's the inspiration photo:

So Halloween creations are a bit of a challenge for me. I'm not really that into it. I love the decorations & all, but it's without little kids around, it's just one of those holidays to eat lots of candy! So I don't typically get a lot of Halloween stamping supplies! So it'll be interesting this month trying to come up with stuff! Challenge accepted!!!

That being said, I love this little card! So this stamp set,
Cookie Cutter Halloween, is so adorable!!! It coordinates with the
Cookie Cutter Punch. The little guys are so sweet!!! You will see different ways to use this set this month!

I created my own DSP using the little bat from the stamp set!!!  I kind of think he looks like he's "the vampire in the moon" here, although that wasn't my intent! lol

The beautiful Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper is the perfect backing for the Labeler Alphabet letters! I wanted them to pop-and I think they did here! It also worked well for his little tie! lol The "to" and "you" are stamps from My Paper Pumpkin sets! I bet they're available to you if you're a
My Paper Pumpkin subscriber!!! Hint Hint!!! lol, hal

Wrapped it all up with some Halloween Night Baker's Twine. The little guy has watercolor touches to him! He doesn't scare me though!

So on this first week in our October blog hop, I say BOO to you!!

Happy Stampin'!

ICS BLOG HOP-EASTER LILIES

Happy spring! Well-almost! Here on the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop we are going "springy" this month-Hopping into spring! I...
